食线虫真菌Duddingtonia flagrans的粉剂在不同条件下的体外杀虫效果 被引量：1

摘要 为了得到食线虫真菌SDH035分离株的厚垣孢子在环境中发芽后对毛圆科线虫三期幼虫(L3)的杀虫效果。本研究采用了不同数量的SDH035分离株的厚垣孢子,分别在室温和26℃恒温条件下做体外杀虫试验。结果表明,26℃恒温条件下杀虫效果比室温条件好;并且加入的孢子量越大,杀虫效果也越好;但随着培养时间的延长,杀虫效果差异不显著。
