摘要
涡旋压缩机的零部件制造要求较高,定盘与机架的位置度要求是其中一项重要指标。本文对涡旋定盘装配要素的关键孔组进行了分析,根据位置度误差的定义,将位置度误差评定转化为离散点到理想轴线之间的距离问题,建立了孔组阵列位置度误差评定模型,实现了位置度误差的快速计算与评定。
The scroll compressor has high demand on its parts manufacturing,the position of the fixed plate and the rack is one of the key indicators. The key hole group of fixed scroll plate is analyzed. According to the definition,the position error is transformed into the distance between the discrete point and the ideal axis,then the position error evaluation model of the hole group is established. The rapid calculation and evaluation of the position error are achieved.
