摘要
黄芪多糖(astragalus polysaccharide,APS)是我国民族药黄芪的提取物之一,是其发挥药理作用的重要物质基础,具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、调节血糖等作用。随着中医药的日益现代化,国内外对中药单体成分的研究已经成为焦点。对黄芪多糖的制备提取、化学成分分析和药理作用进行综合阐述,利于对黄芪多糖更深入的研究及推广。
Astragalus polysaccharide （APS） is one of the extracts from astragalus root of our national med- icine, which is an important material basis for its pharmacological effects. It has functions of anti-oxidation, anti -virus, anti- tumor and blood sugar regulation. With the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, domestic and foreign research on the composition of traditional Chinese medicine monomer has become the focus. The comprehensive elaboration on preparation of Astragalus polysaccharide extraction, the analysis of its chemi- cal composition and pharmacological effects will benefit ysaccharide. the further research and popularization of Astragalus pol-ysaccharide.
