摘要
蛇串疮即带状疱疹多疼痛剧烈、缠绵难愈,严重影响患者的生存质量,本文着眼于探讨火针治疗蛇串疮的具体操作流程。前期准备工作:选穴、选针具;具体操作过程:术前烧针、术中进针、术后饮食;后遗症期的干预。以期为临床医生火针治疗蛇串疮提供参考。火针治疗蛇串疮,不仅起效迅速、疗效确切、不良作用少,且成本低廉,特别适合于基层医院及大医院的推广。
Snake sores is a kind of herpes zoster which is painful and intense,which can seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.This paper focused on the specific operation process of the fire acupuncture in the treatment of the snake sores. Preliminary preparation is choosing acupuncture points and selecting needles. Specific operation procedure is preoperative burn needle,intraoperative needle and postoperative diet,the intervention of sequelae stage. The purpose is to provide reference for the clinical doctors to treat the snake sores. The fire acupuncture in the treatment of Snake sores is not only effective,but also has fewer side effects and low cost. It is especially suitable for the promotion of primary hospitals and large hospitals.
