摘要
民办高校师资以青年教师为主体,他们的成长关系到高校的长足稳定和可持续发展,笔者以所在学校为例结合自身工作经历对民办高校青年教师在教学和科研中面临的问题和解决措施进行了总结。
The teachers of private colleges and universities are the main body of young teachers. Their growth is related to the steady and sustainable development of colleges and universities. The author, taking the school as an example, combined with his own work experience, summed up the problems and solutions in the teaching and scientific research of the young teachers in private colleges and universities.
