摘要 在现代化养猪产业中,随着母猪人工授精技术的普及度逐渐提高,技术不断发展,深部授精技术也在其中逐步占据重要地位。本文在阐述人工授精关键技术--采精采集、品质评定、分装保存的基础上,对比分析了常规人工授精技术与子宫体输精法(IUI)、子宫深部输精法(DUI)、输卵管输精法(IOI)等深部授精技术。同时对影响猪人工授精效果的因素进行分析,以期在实际生产过程能进一步提高人工授精技术的效果,切实发挥人工授精技术在养猪生产过程中的优势。 With the development of artificial insemination technology in pigs, and the deep insemination technology is also gradually occupying an important position in the modern pig industry. This paper expounded the key technologies of artificial in- semination, including semen collection, quality assessment, subpackage preservation, and analyzed the differences between conventional insemination technique and deep insemination technique such as intra--uterine insemination(IUI), deep intrauterine insemination (DUD and intra--oviductal insemination(IOI). Furthermore, the factors affecting the effect of artificial insemina- tion in pigs were analyzed, in order to further enhance the effect of artificial insemination technology in the actual production process and give full play to the advantages of artificial insemination technology in the pig production process.
