摘要
"饲料加工工艺与设备"是动物科学专业一门重要的专业课程,所涉及的相关知识与技能是现代化畜牧人才所必须具备的。笔者结合课程特殊性和教学经验,从课堂理论教学和实验实习教学两个方面,对教学过程进行了改革,通过多种方式将参与式教学法这种以学生为中心,充分发挥学生主体能动性的教学方法运用于课程教学。实施参与式教学不仅有助于提高学生参与课堂教学的积极性,而且可以充分发挥学生主体能动性,使学生在独立求知和主动参与的过程中,对饲料生产设备、工艺以及饲料企业生产过程形成比较清晰的概念,同时促进提升实践能力和解决实际问题的能力。
"Feed processing technology and equipment" is an important course for students majoring in animal science. The relevant knowledge and skills involved are necessary for modern animal husbandry practitioners. Combining the characteristics of the course and teaching experience, the author reformed the teaching process and practiced the participatory teaching meth od. The implementation of participatory teaching not only helps to increase the enthusiasm of students to participate in class- room teaching, but also can give full play to the initiative of the students. In the process of independent exploration and active participation, students can form a clear understanding of the feed production equipment and the production process of feed en- terprises. At the same time, students' practical ability and ability to solve problems are improved.
