摘要
SO_2的大量排放对我国的生态环境造成了严重的破坏,将废弃物作为脱硫剂进行干法烟气脱硫是当前脱除SO_2、以废治废和可持续发展的重要课题。为考察粉煤灰作为吸附剂脱除SO_2的可行性,以原状粉煤灰煅烧后与Ca(OH)_2在激发剂Na_2SiO_3·9H_2O的作用下经水热化合反应制成高活性改性粉煤灰吸附剂。以改性粉煤灰为吸附剂对SO_2进行的吸附试验表明,改性后的粉煤灰在烟气温度为90℃,含湿率为30%,气体流速为300 L/h,SO_2初始浓度0.2%时进行脱硫,20 min时脱硫率仍为96%。试验结果可以为以废弃物粉煤灰基为吸附剂吸附SO_2工艺研究提供参考。
The large amount emission of SO2 has caused serious damage to the ecological environment of our country. It is an important task to remove SO2 and to treat waste and sustainable development by using waste as desulfurization agent in dry flue gas desulfurization. In order to investigate the feasibility of removing SO2 by fly ash as adsorbent,a highly active modified fly ash adsorbent was prepared by hydrothermal reaction of raw fly ash calcined with Ca(OH)2 under the action of activator Na2SiO3·9 H2O. The adsorption test to SO2 with modified fly ash as adsorbent shows that the modified fly ash in flue gas moisture content of 30%,temperature of flue gas is 90 ℃,gas velocity is 300 L/h,the initial concentration of SO2 is 0.2% for desulfurization,desulfurization rate reaches 96%. The experimental results can provide reference for the process of adsorbing SO_2 with waste fly ash as adsorbent.
