Objective:To study on the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine treatment and Western medicine treatment by the classification of ultrasound contrast of tubal obstruction. Methods:Selected 150 cases of patients with incomplete patency oviduct were divided into three grades, the patients of every grade were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine treatment group, were followed up forone year, then we observed the correlation between groups. Results:The results were compared according to the results of the grades ultrasound contrast of incomplete patency oviduct traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine:(1)The results of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine ofⅠgrade were better than those ofⅡ andⅢ grade.(2)No significant difference betweenⅡandⅢ grades about traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.(3)The effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was better than that of western medicine atⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ grades internal comparison. Conclusion:There is a correlation between the grades ultrasound contrast of incomplete patency oviduct and therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. It can provide effective information for clinical development of more reasonable diagnosis and treatment programs. At the same time,it has important clinical significance.
