摘要
目的：研究菊花-决明子不同比例配伍对有效成分含量的影响,探求药对的最佳配伍比例。方法：采用HPLC法考察菊花-决明子药对不同比例配伍共提液中绿原酸、木犀草苷、大黄酚、橙黄决明素的含量变化情况。结果：菊花-决明子（1∶9、2∶8、3∶7、4∶6、5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2、9∶1）9个比例配伍后,各成分在各配伍比例间无固定变化规律,以菊花-决明子配伍比例为4∶6各成分含量最高。结论：菊花-决明子药对的最佳配伍比例为4∶6。
Objective：To optimize the compatibility proportion of Chrysanthemum and Cassia seed via determining the content of active ingredient in extraction solution of different compatibility proportion.Methods：The high performance liquid chromatography was performed on the content determination of chlorogenic acid,mignonette glycoside,chrysophanol and aurantio obtusin in single extraction solution and different compatibility proportion extraction solution of Chrysanthemum and Cassia seed. Results：Compared to single extraction solution,the contents of chlorogenic acid,mignonette glycoside,chrysophanol and aurantio obtusin in 9 compatibility proportion extraction solution of Chrysanthemum and Cassia seed（1∶9,2∶8,3∶7,4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,8∶2,9∶1）were of irregular change in various degrees,the highest content was abtained at the poroportion of 4∶6. Conclusion：The optimization compatibility proportion is 4∶6.
