聚丙烯/云母复合材料热稳定性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 热降解是聚合物材料在热加工和使用过程中不可避免的问题,因此提高聚合物材料热稳定性对聚合物材料的应用具有重大意义。本课题以云母作为填料填充至聚丙烯中,研究云母、相容剂、增韧剂等含量对聚丙烯/云母复合材料热稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明将云母加入聚丙烯中可使材料的热变形温度、维卡软化温度增加以及起始分解温度增加,提高材料的热稳定性能,而降低相容剂聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐PP-g-MAH含量、增加增韧剂乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐POE-g-MAH含量会使复合材料的热稳定性能下降。 Thermal degradation is an unavoidable problem in the processing and application of polymer,so it is of great importance to improve the thermal stability of polymer. In this study,mica was used as filler,and polypropylene-mica composite was prepared by blending. The influence of mica content,compatibilizer content and flexibilizer content on the thermal stability of the composite were studied. The results showed that,mica could increase the heat distortion temperature,the Vicat softening temperature and the initial decomposition temperature of the composite,thus improving the thermal stability of the material. However,reducing the content of PP-g-MAH and increasing the content of POE-g-MAH would weaken the thermal stability of the composite.
