摘要
目的分析北大西洋公约组织(以下简称"北约")军队在阿富汗战争战伤救治中的经验和做法,为我军机动卫勤分队训练和展开野战医院提供借鉴,为实战化训练和海外军事行动提供参考。方法对学术领域发表的阿富汗战争战伤救治论文进行归纳和总结,梳理在实战中证实有效、可供借鉴的救治工作组织方式,对照我军现况提出相应建议。结果归纳了北约军队阿富汗战争战伤救治的主要做法,包括救治理念、军医核心技能、多学科团队救治模式等,就我军机动卫勤分队展开野战医院时的手术床位数量、外科团队专业编组、军医技能及岗位资质和医疗仪器配备等提出了相应建议。结论野战医院展开4个手术台可满足救治需要;外科团队应较以往更强调一专多能,编组以骨科医师和普通外科医师为主,组长应考虑选用重症医学和急诊医师。展开野战医院时,需补充部分医疗设备。
Objective To analyze the experience and practice of North Atlantic Treaty Organization（NATO）troops in treatment of war wounds in Afghanistan war,and provide references for training reserve medical service detachment,developing combat hospital,combat training and overseas military operations.Methods The theses published in the academic field about treating the wounded of Afghanistan war were summaried,the experiences which proved effective and referential in actual military conflict were combed,and the corresponding suggestions were put forward.Results This study summarized the main methods for war wounds treatment of NATO troops in Afghanistan war,which including treatment concepts,military surgeon core skills,multi-disciplinary team treatment modes and etc.And the suggestions on combat hospital training about the number of surgical beds,formation of surgical team,military surgeon skills,qualification of medical staff,medical equipments and etc were put forward.Conclusion Four operating tables at the combat hospital will suffice.The surgical team should be multi-skill than before and composed of orthopedists and general surgeons.Severe and emergency physicians as the team leader will be good.When developing combat hospital,some medical equipments should be supplemented.
