摘要
现代医学的发展使得人们对癌症的治疗观念已从单纯提高生存率向全面改善患者生活质量转变。为更好地对肿瘤患者进行心血管健康管理,"肿瘤心脏病学"这一交叉学科应运而生。然而,尽管近年来已有些许研究成果见诸报道,各国专家也积极开展了一系列临床尝试,肿瘤心脏病领域仍有很多未尽之处值得探讨。文章谨结合部分文献报道,对肿瘤心脏病学临床实践中的若干问题进行总结与归纳。
Nowadays, the purpose of anti-cancer therapy has been changed from increasing survival alone to improving the quality of lives comprehensively. To focus on cardiovascular management of cancer survivors, a subject called ＂cardio-oncology＂ has been founded. Despite quite a few researches and trials have brought out several clinical experiences in this field, more attempts are still needed. In this paper, some topics concerning cardio-oncological practice are summarizd.
