摘要
目的:建立正常高值血压肝火亢盛证的宏观量化诊断标准,探索中医证候诊断客观化、规范化研究的思路与方法。方法:建立正常高值血压肝火亢盛证诊断量表。从信度、效度等方面对量表进行测评后,建立该证候的宏观量化诊断模型与程度分级标准。结果:研究编制了高值血压肝火亢盛证诊断量表,综合测评表明信度、效度良好。在此基础上建立了诊断阈值为122的高值血压肝火亢盛证量化诊断标准。结论:所构建的诊断标准具有良好的可行性、准确性和实用价值,为正常高值血压中医证候诊断及临床疗效评价的规范化、客观化提供重要尺度。
Objective: To establish the macro-level quantitative diagnostic criteria for high-normal blood pressure with liver fire hyperactivity syndrome, and to explore the ideas and methods for standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods: A macro-level diagnostic scale for high-normal blood pressure with liver fire hyperactivity syndrome was established. Then, the reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated. After the macro-level quantitative diagnostic model and standard of liver fire hyperactivity syndrome of high-normal blood pressure were established. Results: The diagnostic scale of liver fire hyperactivity syndrome of high-normal blood pressure was compiled and it was proved to have good reliability and validity. The quantitative diagnostic standard of liver fire hyperactivity syndrome of high-normal blood pressure was established, whose lowest critical value was 122. Conclusion: The quantification diagnostic standard of liver fire hyperactivity syndrome of high-normal blood pressure has favorable feasibility, accuracy, and practical value. The results of this research will offer standardized scale for further research of liver fire hyperactivity syndrome of high-normal blood pressure.
