摘要
近年来,我国建筑行业的发展十分迅速,越来越多的企业开始进入建筑行业,这在一定程度上刺激了建筑行业的发展,但是也导致了整个建筑行业越来越混乱。一些企业并不具备相关的建筑工程施工经验,但是因为看到了行业中的利润,就盲目的投资建筑工程,导致了项目的施工质量以及施工安全无法得到有效的保证。还有一些建筑企业在施工的过程中为了企业的利益最大化,在进行工程的施工质量以及施工安全控制时,做的不够到位,严重的影响了整个建筑项目的落实。本文首先简单的介绍了建筑工程质量管理及安全监督的重要性,然后分析了目前建筑工程施工中影响工程质量安全的主要原因,并针对这些原因提出了相关的应对策略。
