蜂窝型柱面网壳结构的参数化设计分析

摘要 针对单层蜂窝型柱面网壳结构强度和刚度较低,无法满足大跨度网壳结构需求的特性,提出了一种正放六角锥体系双层蜂窝型柱面网壳。即首层壳面为一类单层蜂窝型柱面网壳,二层壳面沿网壳跨度方向连接各节点。通过在每个单独的六边形网格中添加一个相应的正放六角锥型腹杆来实现网格间的连接,从而提高单元网格的强度和稳定性。单层蜂窝型柱面网壳结构与正放六角锥体系双层蜂窝型柱面网壳力学特性比较分析表明:基于双层网壳结构下的最大位移随着矢跨比的增大而增大,对于水平支撑较好的网壳结构,较小跨径比的结构具有更大的优势;加强后的正放六角锥蜂窝型双层圆柱面网壳刚度远大于单层蜂窝型柱面网壳结构。 In view of the low strength and stiffness of the single-layer cellular cylindrical reticulated shell,which cannot meet the requirements of long-span lattice shell,a double-layer cellular cylindrical shell with a hexagon cone was put forward. The first shell surface was composed of a single-layer cellular cylindrical shell,and the second shell was connected to each joint along the span of the shell. The strength and stability of the grid could be improved by adding a corresponding hexagon taper in each individual hexagon mesh to realize the intergrid connection. The mechanical properties of the singlelayer cellular cylindrical reticulated shell structure and the double-layer cellular cylindrical shell with a hexagon cone were compared,and the results showed that the maximum displacement of the double-layer reticulated shell structure increased with the increase of the rise-span ratio,and for the better reticulated shell structure with horizontal support,the smaller span ratio structure had greater advantages. The stiffness of cellular double-layer cylindrical reticulated shell with a hexagonal cone was greater than that of the single-layer cellular cylindrical reticulated shell structure.
