摘要
建立蒙药复方述达格-4血清中总黄酮含量测定的方法 .采用紫外可见分光光度法,以高良姜素为对照品,盐酸镁粉显色,在489nm波长处测定吸光度,计算蒙药复方述达格-4血清中总黄酮含量,结果显示高良姜素在0.02548~0.2548mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=3.9439 X-0.0174(r=0.9995),加样回收率为97.74%,RSD为1.10%.说明该方法稳定、可靠,可以作为测定述达格-4血清中总黄酮含量的方法.
The content determination method was established for serum total flavone in Mongolian compound Shudage-4.Using the substance of galangin as reference and HCl-Mg colorimetry,the content of serum total flavone in Shudage-4 was detected by Ultraviolet and Visible spectrophotometry at wavelength of 489 nm.Galangin had a liner relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0.02548~0.2548 mg/mL.The regression equation was Y=3.9439 X-0.0174（r=0.9995）.The average recovery for galangin was 97.74% and RSD was 1.10%.The method is stable and reliable and can be used for total flavones determination in Shudage-4.
