摘要
研究了盐冻融作用对光圆钢筋混凝土黏结强度影响。采用快冻法分别对不配箍筋和配箍筋试件分别盐冻融循环0、15、30、45、60次后,进行中心拉拔试验,探究盐冻融循环作用对试件破坏时的外观形态、破坏特征、强度特征值的影响规律,结果表明:随着盐冻融循环次数的增加,混凝土立方体的劈裂抗拉强度以及钢筋混凝土间的黏结强度显著下降,而箍筋对中心混凝土的约束能有效缓解盐冻融作用造成的混凝土强度降低和界面黏结强度降低的影响;在盐冻融循环作用下,配箍筋试件相比不配箍筋试件混凝土保护层剥落量更大。最后,基于试验数据建立了随盐冻融损伤程度变化的无箍筋光圆钢筋混凝土黏结强度计算模型。
The effect of deicer-frosting on the bond behavior of light round reinforced concrete was studied.Two kinds of specimens without stirrups and stirrups were frozen and thawed respectively by quick freezing method.After 0,15,30,45 and 60 cycles,pullout tests were carried on.The influence of deicer-frosting action on the appearance,failure characteristic,strength characteristic value was investigated.The results reflect that the splitting tensile strength of concrete cube and the bonding property between steel bars and concrete decrease significantly with the increase of deicer-frosting cycles.The confining pressure of stirrups to the core concrete can make up for the reduction of concrete strength and the deterioration of interface effect caused by deicer-frosting.The concrete cover is more easily peeled off with stirrups under the deicer-frosting cycles.Finally,the formula for the bond strength of the non-stirrup round reinforced concrete with the damage degree of deicer-frosting was established based on the data analysis.
