摘要
设计了一种电磁锁紧式数控双轴回转台,并对回转台调隙结构、消隙装置、锁紧装置等主要结构设计方案进行了详细阐述。该回转台的应用可以以较低的成本实现三轴联动数控铣床、立式加工中心的五轴化改造,从而扩展原数控机床的加工范围,使其具备圆柱、圆球、螺旋面及复杂空间曲面零件的加工能力,一次装卡可完成多面加工,提高各类零件的加工精度和加工效率,适用于中小型加工企业的设备升级改造和本科生实验教学。
An electromagnetic locking digital control biaxial rotary bed was designed in the study together with a detailed program on the major parts including its gap adjustment mechanism,gap elimination device and locking unit,etc. The equipment can be applied to upgrade a three-axis simultaneous-motion NC milling machine or a vertical machining center to a five-axis device,expanding the working scope of these machines so that they can be used to machine those parts with curved surface like cylinder,ball,helicoid or even some complex spatial surface. Since one-off card installation is able to make possible to machine multiple faces and improve part machining precision and efficiency, it can be applied to equipment upgrading and innovating in medium and small-sized enterprises and experimental teaching for university students.
