摘要
质量强国是一个国家的重大发展战略。我国现在进入了一个高质量发展的新时代,必须尽快完善质量法律体系,使质量法律体系成为推动质量强国的有力杠杆。针对我国产品质量法律体系中存在的一系列问题,建议全国人大在借鉴发达国家经验的基础上,尽快制定产品质量责任、产品质量促进、缺陷产品召回等方面的法律,并对产品质量的单行法律进行修改,使质量法律体系的内容保持系统、完整和内涵的统一,从而在法律上大力促进我国质量强国的建设。
Prospering the nation with quality is a major development strategy of a country. Presently,China has entered a new era of high quality development,and the legal system of quality should be improved as soon as possible to make it become a powerful lever for promoting the construction of a powerful national quality. Focusing on a series of existing problems concerning about the product quality legal system in China,it is suggested that the National People＇s Congress should learn from the experience of the developed countries to make the Product Liability Law,the Product Quality Promotion Law and the Flaw Product Recall Law and so on. Besides,in order to promote the construction of China＇s quality power from the legal level,it should also make changes to the product quality in specific law,so that the content of the quality legal system can remain systematic,integrated and connotative.
