摘要
天然气具有反凝析的特点,根据压力的变化,温度的变化会析出液体,因而导致产品天然气水露点及烃露点不合格。在天然气处理工艺中对原料天然气的脱油脱烃脱水处理是最基本的。本文主要探讨苏里格天然气处理厂中丙烷装置运行的参数优化及简单的节能改造。
Natural gas has the characteristics of anti-condensate. According to the change of pressure and temperature, it will precipitate the liquid, which will lead to the product of natural gas water dew point and hydrocarbon dew point is unqualified. In the natural gas treatment process, the de-oiling and de-hydrocarbon dehydration treatment of raw natural gas is the most basic. This paper mainly discusses the parameter optimization and simple energy saving retrofit of propane unit in Sulige natural gas treatment plant.
