摘要
油气田是指受单一局部构造单位所控制的同一面积内的油藏、气藏、油气藏的总和,随着国家经济的发展与进步,人们对油气的需求越来越高,因此提高油气田开发建设质量是当下急需考虑的问题。项目后评价是指项目已经完成并运营一段时间后对项目的目的、执行过程、效益、作用和影响进行系统、直观分析和概括的一种技术经济活动。项目后评价完成后总结的数据能对项目的下一步运行,领导决策提供数据建议,同时也能总结经验为以后类似的项目建设提供借鉴。基于此背景,笔者对油气田开发建设项目经济效益后评价进行了研究,希望能为相关工作人员提供理论借鉴,为我国现代化油气开发事业的发展贡献绵薄之力。
Oil and gas field is the sum of oil reservoirs, gas reservoirs and oil-gas reservoirs controlled by a single local structural unit in the same area. With the development and progress of the national economy, people＇s demand for oil and gas is higher and higher. Therefore, improving the quality of oil and gas field development and construction is an urgent problem at present. Post-project evaluation refers to a kind of technical and economic activity that systematically and intuitively analyzes and summarizes the purpose, implementation process, benefit, function and influence of the project after the project has been completed and operated for a period of time. After the completion of the post-evaluation, the project data can provide data recommendations for the next operation of the project and the leadership decision-making, and at the same time, it can also sum up the experience to provide reference for similar projects in the future. Based on this background, the author studies the post-evaluation of economic benefits of oil and gas field development and construction projects, hoping to provide theoretical reference for relevant staff and contribute some to the development of modern oil and gas development in China.
