摘要
针对目前变电站临时接地线管理系统中存在的不足,研发出了一套基于IEC61850标准的临时接地线管理系统.该系统核心环节由配套硬件设备、上位机软件管理系统和无线通信模块构成,既可以与常规变电站独立五防系统有机配合使用,又能够适用于智能变电站监控五防一体化系统.其已在现场试运行,效果明显,使接地线管理的规范化和使用的安全化水平都上了一个新台阶.
In view of the defects exiting in grounding line management system,this paper researches and developments a new generation temporary grounding line management system.The system which is composed of form a complete set of hardware,the PC management software and wireless communication module can be cooperated with in the normal and smart substation.The system is pilot running in the field test and the effect significant.It makes the level of ground management standardization and the use of safety on a new step.
