摘要
目的对36例结肠癌术后化疗患者给予舒适度护理,对其在临床中的应用效果进行分析。方法将2016年10月~2017年10月在我院进行结肠癌手术后实施化疗的72例患者纳入到此次研究中,利用随机分组的方法对其进行分组,常规组36例患者采取常规护理,研究组36例患者在此基础上采取舒适护理,对其护理效果、护理满意度、焦虑及抑郁评分进行分析。结果 (1)研究组患者生活质量较常规组患者生活质量高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)研究组患者护理满意度100.00%,较常规组患者护理满意度77.78%高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)研究组患者焦虑及抑郁评分较常规组患者低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在结肠癌术后化疗患者中有着重要的应用价值,有效的提高了患者的生活质量及化疗效果,降低了不良反应的发生率,值得推广。
Objective To provide comfort degree nursing for 36 cases of postoperative chemotherapy of colon cancer and to analyze its clinical application effect. Methods Seventy-two patients who received chemotherapy after colon cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into groups. 36 patients in routine group received routine nursing, and 36 patients in the study group were given comfortable nursing on this basis. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression score were analyzed. Results（1） The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the data were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2） The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%, which was higher than that of the conventional group（77.78%）, and the data were statistically different（P〈0.05）.（3） The anxiety and depression scores in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the data were statistically different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing plays an important role in the postoperative chemotherapy patients with colon cancer. It can effectively improve the quality of life and the effect of chemotherapy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing.
