摘要
目的以名中医孔令深经验方护心方治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(气虚血瘀证)患者,观察其临床疗效。方法在门诊以及住院部收集符合诊断标准的患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组给予孔氏护心方加减治疗,对照组给予西医常规治疗联合氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,两组均治疗2周为1个疗程,治疗后判定临床总疗效、中医眩晕的症状积分以及彩色多普勒检测椎动脉的血流情况。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(87.5%vs 85.0%,P>0.05);经治疗两组患者症状积分均得到显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗两组患者超声数据中收缩期峰值及平均血流速均得到显著改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两组药物均可有效改善眩晕症状,治疗组在提高收缩期峰值流速上疗效更明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kong＇s Huxin Fang on vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy（Qi deficiency and blood stasis）. Methods In the outpatient and inpatient departments,Eighty patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The patients of treatment group were given Kong＇s Huxin Fang,the patients of control group were treated with routine western medicine combined with fluorine Cinnarizine Capsules.Two groups were treated for 2 weeks as 1 course.The total clinical curative effect,the symptom score of Chinese vertigo and the color doppler detection of the blood flow in the vertebral artery were determined after treatment. Results After treatment, there was no significant difference of the total efficiency between treatment group and control group（87.5% vs. 85%,P〈0.05）.There was significant difference of the symptom score in two groups before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,and had no significant difference between treatment group and control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.In the ultrasonic data,the systolic peak and average velocity of blood flow in the two groups of patients were significantly improved（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionTwo groups of drugs can effectively improve the vertigo symptoms,and the treatment group has a more obvious effect on increasing the peak systolic flow rate.
