摘要
采用调整负荷、空比、回收塔溶剂水温度和回收塔进料温度等工艺指标的方法可以控制成品丙烯腈中的w(噁唑)。结果表明,通过降低负荷、降低空比、降低回收塔灵敏点温度、溶剂水温度和进料温度等手段可控制成品丙烯腈中的w(噁唑)<10×10-6,达到丙烯酰胺级别,满足丙烯酰胺的生产需要,避免下游ABS、腈纶产品的带色现象。
The oxazole content in acrylonitrile product can be controlled by adjusting reaction load,air ratio,solvent water temperature and recovery tower feed temperature.The results show that the oxazole content in acrylonitrile product can be lowered to 10×10^-6 or less by reducing reaction load and air ratio,controlling recovery tower sensitive point temperature at low level,reducing solvent temperature and feed temperature of recovery tower.The quality of acrylonitrile product can meet the requirement of acrylamide production and other follow-up processing products.
