摘要
针对海洋平台大尺寸弯折式烟囱在吊装作业时易侧翻、易变形和重心确定难的问题,以南海某油气田CEP平台上的烟囱为例,选用2台主吊机、1台辅助吊机建立烟囱重心计算模型,制定可行的吊装方案,利用有限元分析软件验算吊装过程中烟囱的变形情况。结果表明,随着翻身角度的增大,烟囱的最大变形量不断减小,且最大变形量均满足工程要求。
When lifting the large size of the ocean platform bend stack,it is easy to turn over and deform,and difficult to determine the center of gravity. Taking stacks of an oil gas CEP platform in the south China sea for example,two cranes were used in mainly lifting and one carne for tail auxiliary,while calculation model of the center of gravity of the stack was set up. A procedure of lifting was designed and the stack deformation was assessed by finite element. The result showed that,with increasing turning angle,the maximum deformation of the chimney decreases,and the maximum deflection meets the engineering requirements.
