摘要
基层民警的体育运动既是业务工作的需要,也是业余生活状况的反映。对滁州市基层民警体育运动现状的调查,得出滁州市基层民警体育运动时段和运动频率不固定、以强身健体为主要目的、以较长距离的有氧运动为主要项目等特点,提出加强制度建设、增建和完善运动场地、鼓励基层民警积极参加体育社团等建议。
The sports of grass-roots police is not only the need of job,but also the reflection of the amateur life.This paper investigates the present situation of sports of Chuzhou grass-roots police and concludes its features that sports time and frequency are not fixed,body building is the main purpose,and long distance aerobic exercise is the principal item.The paper puts forward some suggestions that it is necessary to strengthen the system construction,build and improve the sports venues,and encourage the police to join sports clubs.
