摘要
目的总结负压封闭引流术联合TDP局部照射在治疗肛周感染创面的护理体会。方法以2017年1月至2017年12月海军总医院普外二科接受肛周感染创面治疗的20例患者为例,对负压封闭引流术联合TDP治疗20例肛周感染创面的护理体会进行总结。结果经VSD联合TDP治疗及针对性的护理干预,20例患者的肛周感染创面均完全愈合,其中15例经1~2次VSD治疗后予以创面缝合。结论负压封闭引流治疗联合TDP治疗肛周感染创面过程中加之相应的护理干预,有利于缩短创面愈合时间及促进患者康复,创面愈合效果良好。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of vacuum sealing drainage combined with TDP local irradiation in the treatment of perianal wound infection. Methods 20 cases of perianal infection wound who were treated in Department Ⅱ of General Surgery, Navy General Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 was recruited. The nursing experience of 20 cases of perianal wound infection treated with vacuum sealing drainage combined with TDP was summarized. Results After vacuum sealing drainage combined with TDP treatment and targeted nursing intervention, 20 cases of perianal wound infection were healed, of which 15 cases were sutured after 1~2 times of VSD treatment. Conclusion The treatment of vacuum sealing drainage combined with TDP and targeted nursing intervention has favorable effect to shorten time to wound healing and promote the recovery of the patients. It also has a good effect on wound healing.
