摘要
以竹粉、聚乳酸(PLA)为原材料,以模压成型的方法制备了PLA/竹粉复合材料,结合力学性能,摩擦磨损性能,吸水性能测试和XRD分析来探究竹粉的含量以及偶联剂种类对复合材料性能的影响。综合实验结果,当竹粉质量分数为30%时,PLA/竹粉复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。竹粉含量越多会使PLA的耐摩擦磨损性能下降。偶联剂的添加能提高PLA/竹粉复合材料的力学性能、吸水性能,在一定程度上提高PLA/竹粉复合材料的耐摩擦磨损性能,降低PLA/竹粉复合材料的损耗。
With bamboo powder,polylactic acid (PLA) as raw materials,PLA/bamboo powder composite was prepared by moulding methods. The content of bamboo powder and the kinds of coupling agent on the properties of composites combined with the mechanical properties,friction and wear properties,water absorption performance test and XRD analysis were explored. According to the comprehensive experimental results,when the content of bamboo powder is 30%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of PLA/bamboo powder composites are the best. When the content of bamboo powder is higher the friction and wear resistance of the materials are reduced. Coupling agent added can improve the mechanical properties of materials, water absorption performance, to a certain extent, improve the PLA/bamboo powder composites of friction and wear resistance, so as to reduce the wastage of the PLA/bamboo powder composites.
