摘要 业主从心理契约的新视角来实现监理工程师的自我约束,能够防止信息不对称消极作用的发生,大幅度减少业主的交易成本,促进监管的有效性。通过构建监理工程师心理契约与其信用行为相互关系的结构方程模型,运用隐性契约实现对监理工程师信用行为的长期治理。研究结果表明,监理工程师的心理契约可以通过组织承诺和组织公平感对其信用行为产生正向作用。 The supervision achieves self-discipline from a new perspective of psychological contract, which can avoid the work lag caused by the information asymmetry, reduce the supervision cost, and improve the supervision efficiency. Based on the empirical research, this study analyzes the psychological contract and credit behavior of SEM(structural equation model), and manages the management engineer's credit from the perspective of implicit contract for a long time. The consequences indicate that the organizational commitment and organizational justice have significantly positive impacts on the credit behavior of the supervisory engineer's psychological contract.
