摘要
首先根据智能配送系统的三大服务主体(即货主、运输人员和物流企业)与系统的交互行为进行分析,归纳总结出系统应提供的所有服务活动。通过引入设计结构矩阵模型(DSM),对系统应提供的服务活动进行矩阵行列排序。然后通过四点刻度数值化的方法,对行列服务活动联系程度进行量化处理。最后引入联系信息流量这一评价指标来计算各个模块方案的总体联系强度,根据联系信息总流量的结果分析,最终选择最优功能模块划分方案。
Firstly, according to the three Intelligent distribution system using the object (that is, the owner of the goods, transportation and logistics enterprises) interaction with the system behavior analysis, sum up out of the system should provide all theservices activities. By introducing the design structure matrix model (DSM) , the service activities that the system should provideare arranged in matrix. Thena four-point scale numerical method is proposed to quantize the contact degree of service activities.Finally, this contact information flow evaluation index is introduced to measure the overall connection strength between the variousmodules, finally choose the optimal scheme for dividing the function modules, so as to verify the feasibility of the clustering algorithm.
