In an era of rapid development of wide area libraries, the bibliographic system is also diversified and multifunctional.Bibliographic management and bibliographic science research in the future needs to be combined with wide area library development centered on digital resources and digital publishing environment, to support the comprehensive knowledge management of libraries in the new century.
