By emphasizing the advanced nature of the innovation system and mechanism,this city gave full play to the ability of system innovation, perfected the law and policy, enhanced the management system, strengthened the restraint and control, and put forward the system mechanism innovation mode with the characteristics of Zhaoqing City.
