摘要
阐述了工程量清单模式的概念及特点,分析了工程量清单模式下的建筑造价出现的问题,介绍了工程量清单模式下建筑造价管控的方法,指出通过推行工程量清单造价管控可以实现对建筑工程造价的有效控制。
This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of the model of the bill of quantities. This paper analyzes the problems of building cost under the model of bill of quantities,and puts forward the method of building cost control under the model of bill of quantities. The cost control of the construction project can be effectively controlled through the implementation of the cost management and control of the bill of quantities.
