摘要
目的开展克拉玛依市基层医疗卫生机构国家基本公共卫生服务项目健康教育服务质量评价,为规范开展健康教育服务以及相关政策的制定提供依据。方法利用中国健康教育中心开发的相关评价表,对5项健康教育服务进行质量评价和传播效果评价。结果抽取26份健康教育单页,13份折页,共39份单页/折页,平均得分率为81.9%,7.7%不合格,79.5%合格,12.8%优秀。26份健康教育小册子,平均得分率为77.7%,11.5%不合格,73.1%合格,15.4%优秀。26份健康教育音像资料,平均得分率为86.3%,61.5%合格,38.5%优秀,没有不合格的音像材料。26份健康教育宣传栏,平均得分率为84.8%,80.8%合格,19.2%优秀,没有不合格的宣传栏。26场公众健康咨询活动,平均得分率为95.6%,3.8%不合格,38.5%合格,57.7%优秀。26场健康教育知识讲座,平均得分率为80.9%,7.7%不合格,73.1%合格,19.2%优秀。157份个体化健康教育资料,平均得分率为55.5%,89.2%不合格,10.8%合格,没有优秀的材料。结论克拉玛依市国家基本公共卫生服务项目健康教育服务质量总体较好,但是个体化健康教育服务质量较低。
Objective To carry out health education service quality evaluation of national basic public health service projects in the community medical institutions, so as to provide the basis for regulating the development of health education services and formulation of related policies. Methods Using the relevant evaluation tables developed by Chinese Center for Health Education to evaluate service quality and dissemination effect based on five items of health education service included in the "National Basic Public Health Service Project". Results Totally Twenty-six health education leaflets, thirteen folders were collected and the average score rate was 81. 9%. Among them, 7.7% of the materials were recognized as"unqualified",79. 5% of the materials as "qualified", and 12. 8% of the materials as "excellent". Totally 26 pieces of health education booklets were collected and the average score rate was 77. 7%. Among them, 11.5% of the booklets were titled as "unqualified",73. 1 % as "qualified",and 15. 4% as "excellent". Twenty-six health education audiovisual materials were collected and the average score rate was 86. 3%. Among the samples, 61. 5% of the materials were assessed as "qualified",38. 5% of the materials as "excellent" and no identified as "unqualified". Twenty-six health education boards were extracted and the average score rate is 84. 8%. Among them, 80. 8% of the samples were identified as" qualified",19. 2% as "excellent" and no recognized as "unqualified". Twenty-six public health consultation activities were collected and the average score rate was 95. 6%. Among them, 3. 8% of the activities were recognized as "unqualified",38. 5% of the activities as "qualified",and 57. 7% of the activities as "excellent". Twenty-six lectures are collected and the average score rate was 80. 9%. Among them, 7.7% were identified as "unqualified",73. 1% as "qualified", and19. 2% as "excellent".
