摘要 针对因汽车驾驶员失误造成儿童留于车内,导致其在车内高温、密闭环境下造成伤亡的现象,采用非特定人声识别技术,设计了一种具有三级报警功能的语音监测控制系统。通过事先录入常见的求救语音信号,待驾驶员下车关门后,监测模块将采用特征匹配算法自动监测车内存在的声音。如监测到车内存在被误锁人员发出的求救声,包括儿童的哭闹声、求救声、拍打玻璃门窗声等,该监测模块将向车主发送报警短信、拨打报警电话等。经测试,在不同语速、关键词和识别率条件下,该系统均能正确地向用户发出报警,对防止儿童因误锁于车内而导致的伤亡事故具有较强的推广应用价值。 Aiming at children are left in the car due to car driver's mistakes,which causes children to suffer casualties in hightemperature and enclosed environments in the car,by using non-specific vocal identification technology,a voice monitoring and control system is designed. The system provides a three-level alarm function. By recording the common SOS voice signals in advance,after the driver gets off the car and locks the doors,the monitoring module will use the feature matching algorithm to automatically monitor the sounds in the car,such as the sounds of crying for help,including children crying,and beating glass doors and windows,etc.,and send alarm short message to the driver or make alarm call. After testing,it is found that under different speech rates,keywords and identification rates,the system can correctly send warning signals to users,which is of great promotion and application values for preventing children from accidental locking in the car.
