摘要
西洋参栽培过程中的一个突出问题是连作障碍,近年来国内外越来越多学者从化感作用角度研究西洋参的连作障碍问题,认为化感自毒作用是西洋参连作障碍发生的关键因素之一。本综述在阐述连作障碍的危害和表观现象的基础上,对近年来研究的西洋参化感物质种类及其自毒作用、西洋参化感自毒作用的产生机理进行了综述,已报道的化感自毒物质主要有萜类、酚类和脂肪酸等,其对西洋参的自毒作用包括组织膜结构和功能的破坏,酶活性、激素、呼吸作用和光合作用等生理生化及进一步的分子水平的影响。在此基础上指出西洋参化感自毒作用研究需要加强的方向,今后应深入开展西洋参特有的化感自毒物质及化感自毒物质间相互作用的研究,西洋参化感自毒物质与环境影响因子和土壤微生物间的互作关系等。
A prominent problem in American ginseng plantation is continuous cropping obstacle. A growing number of domestic and overseas scholars have studied continuous cropping obstacle of American ginseng with a special focus on allelopathy in recent years, and they believe that allelopathic autotoxicity is one of the decisive factors in continuous cropping obstacles of American ginseng. On the basis of the harm of continuous cropping obstacle and superficial phenomenon, the review summarized the species of allelochemicals and its autotoxicity, as well as the mechanism of allelopathic autotoxicity of American ginseng studied in recent years. Allelopathic autotoxins reported mainly included terpenoids, phenolics and fatty acids, whose effects on the autotoxicity for American ginseng contained the destruction of tissue membrane structure and function, and the influences on the physiological and biochemical and molecular level of enzymatic activity, hormone, respiration and photosynthesis.Based on those, the study pointed out the directions which needed further study on allelopathic autotoxicity of American ginseng. It is suggested that further study should be focused on the specific allelopathic autotoxins of American ginseng and interactions among allelopathic autotoxins, as well as interactions of allelopathic autotoxins in American ginseng between environmental impact factors and microorganisms in soil.
