摘要
电厂燃用的印尼煤特点是高挥发分、易燃易爆。为消除制粉系统存在的安全隐患,通过分析、试验和调整,提出了一种制粉系统爆燃的全自动灭火装置,从制粉系统爆燃的防止、自动判断、自动处理多方面实现了自动控制处理,可在一定程度上控制制粉系统爆燃的影响。
The Indonesian coal used in the power plant is characterized by being highly volatile,inflammable and explosive.To eliminate the hidden trouble in security pulverizing system,through the analysis,test and adjustment,this paper presents a fully automatic processing system for coal pulverizing system explosion,realizing the automatic control in coal pulverizing system explosion,including prevention,automatic judgment and automatically processing,thereby controlling the influence of the explosion in the coal pulverizing system.
