摘要
面对电力体制改革形成的市场竞争,电网企业迫切需要提升经营管理水平。对电网企业综合计划进行监测,可以全面掌握企业的经营活动以及关键流程和指标等情况,及时发现运营中出现的问题并及时改善,从而提升电网企业在配售电市场的竞争力。梳理了电网企业综合计划监测的现状,分析了电网企业综合计划监测内容与监测指标,设计了基于Tableau技术的电网企业综合计划监测体系。
Facing the market competition due to the reform of power system,power grid enterprises urgently need to improve their management level.The comprehensive plan to monitor the power grid enterprise can fully control the business activities and the key process and index in the enterprises,discover and solve the problems arising from the operation in time,and enhance the competitiveness of power grid enterprises in the electricity market.This paper presents the status quo,content and index of comprehensive plan monitoring of power grid enterprises,and introduces the designed comprehensive plan monitoring system of power grid enterprises based on Tableau technology.
