摘要
通过数值模拟对波纹管涵在不同回填料模量的应力分布和变形特性进行了分析,并选取了两特定的截面进行了全面环向观测点。得到了不同模量下,距管口不同位置处管顶部的应力与应变的变化曲线和截面环向测点的应力应变规律。结果表明钢波纹管回填料在不同模量下,钢波纹管涵整体变形规律基本一致,轴向应力、环向应力和变形的规律也较为相似。回填料模量的增加对于减小其变形和应力有着较显著的效果,随着回填量模量的增加,钢波纹管断面上部分区域的应力有所减小。当回填量模量大于某一固定值后,钢波纹管变形和应力将不随之变化。
Throughout the numerical simulation,this paper analyzed the stress distributions and deformation properties of the steel corrugated culvert under different fill stiffness to obtain the stress and strain curves of the culvert crown at various locations and the measurement points of the entire sections.The results indicate that,the deformation modes of the steel corrugate culvert under different backfill stiffness are similar.With the increase of backfill modulus,the deformation of the steel corrugate culvert is significantly reduced and the stress in the upper part of the crown is slightly decreased.When the backfill modulus increased to a certain value both the deformation and the stress in the steel corrugate culvert remain constant values.
