燃煤型氟中毒对雌鼠动物模型的影响 被引量:3

Effect of coal-burning fluorosis on female rat animal model

摘要 目的动态观察燃煤型氟中毒对雌鼠动物模型影响。方法以45只SD雌鼠为研究对象,定期称体重,观察雌鼠体重的变化,氟斑牙的变化,测定雌鼠尿氟、骨氟含量。结果染氟30天左右,高氟组雌鼠开始出现轻度氟斑牙。随着染氟时间的延长,各模型组均呈现出程度不同的氟斑牙,且氟斑牙损伤程度呈现逐渐加重。相同时间点(60、120、180天),各模型组雌鼠尿氟[(中氟组:2.96±0.68、6.55±1.68、14.58±1.73 mg/L)、(高氟组:9.64±0.76、15.04±1.96、21.11±3.26 mg/L)]和骨氟[(中氟组:75.90±18.52、110.08±32.35、148.39±15.01 mg/kg)、(高氟组:112.65±13.50、149.87±14.06、234.97±24.02 mg/kg)]含量与对照组[(尿氟:0.66±0.10、0.72±0.12、1.21±0.28 mg/L)、(骨氟:13.54±3.80、21.00±3.55、27.06±9.75 mg/kg)]比较,逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随染氟剂量的增高,尿氟、骨氟含量均逐渐增加,中氟组与高氟组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各模型组组内比较,随染氟时间的延长,骨氟和尿氟含量均逐渐增加,中氟组和高氟组的尿氟和骨氟间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论燃煤型氟中毒对雌鼠动物模型毒性可表现在氟斑牙发生率,尿氟和骨氟含量显著增高。 [Objective]To take a dynamic observation on the effect of coal-burning fluorosis on the animal model of female rats.[Methods]45 SD female rats were studied and weighed regularly,to observe the changes of body weight and dental fluorosis of the animals,and the urine fluorine and bone fluorine content in female rats were detected.[Results] The female rats in high fluoride group began to have mild dental fluorosis after 30 days of exposure. With the increase of exposure time,the animals in all model groups showed different degrees of dental fluorosis,and the degree of damage has gradually aggravated. At the same time point(60 days,120 days,180 days),the urine fluorine [middle fluorine group(2.96±0.68,6.55±1.68,14.58±1.73) mg/L;high fluorine group(9.64±0.76,15.04±1.96,21.11±3.26) mg/L] and bone fluorine content[middle fluorine group(75.90±18.52,110.08±32.35,148.39±15.01)mg/kg);high fluorine group(112.65±13.50,149.87±14.06,234.97±24.02) mg/kg)] in different model groups were higher than those in the control group [urine fluorine(0.66 ±0.10,0.72 ±0.12,1.21 ±0.28)mg/L;bone fluorine(13.54 ±3.80,21.00±3.55,27.06±9.75) mg/kg ],and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The levels of urine fluorine and bone fluorine increased with the increase of exposure dose,and there was statistically significant difference between the middle fluorine group and the high fluorine group(P〈0.05). In each model group,the levels of urine fluorine and bone fluorine increased with the increase of exposure time,and there were statistically significant differences in urine fluorine and bone fluorine in both middle fluorine group and high fluorine group(all P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The toxicity of coal-burning fluorosis to female animal models can be showed in the incidence of dental fluorosis,and the contents of urine fluoride and bone fluoride increase significantly.
