摘要
目的研究分析在糖尿病视网膜病变患者微创玻璃体切割术联合玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗对患者手术以及术后视力的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2017年1月收治的79例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。两组均采用微创玻璃体切割术,观察组术前注射雷珠单抗,比较两组手术效果。结果两组手术后视力水平比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创玻璃体切割术联合玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗,可有效提高患者术后视力水平,改善手术质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with intravitreal injection of rezumab on patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 79 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected as the research subjects from January 2013 to January 2017. According to the random number table method, the control group and observation group were divided into two groups. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. The two groups were all treated by minimally invasive vitrectomy, and the observation group was injected with rezumab before operation, and the effect of the two groups was compared.Results After operation, the strength level of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with intravitreal injection of rezumab can effectively improve postoperative visual acuity and improve the quality of surgery.
