摘要
针对当前各类烘干烤房控制中缺乏对新能源烤房控制的现状,该文研究应用单片机和模糊控制技术,开发能够控制燃煤烤房、空气源热泵烤房、生物质热能烤房的综合温湿度控制仪。应用结果显示,该仪器结构简单,操作方便,可广泛用于烟叶、大枣、花椒、辣椒、茶籽等农作物烘干烤房控制;可以满足烘干领域对新能源烤房控制的需要,测控准确可靠,节能高效。
In view of the current drying and curing barn control ,the lack of new energy baking barn control situation. By using single chip microcomputer and fuzzy control technology,a comprehensive temperature and humidity controller which can control coal burning barn,air source heat pump curing barn and biomass heat energy curing barn is de- veloped. The application results show that the instrument is simple in structure and easy to operate. It can be widely used in tobacco,jujube,pepper,tea seed and other crops drying barn control. The instrument meets the need of dry- ing field for the control of new energy barn. The measurement and control is accurate and reliable ,energy saving and high efficiency.
