摘要
结合上海市中山南路地下通道施工过程中1根污水合流管的原位改造,介绍了大型污水合流管不断流原位改造施工技术。通过采用共板设计、等截面代换、设置桩基控制箱涵沉降、利用既有管线溢流法导流、根据现场不同情况分段施工等措施,克服了管位与通道标高冲突、地下障碍物多、不能断流施工、水下封堵难度大等工程难点,取得了良好的施工效果,为类似工程提供了借鉴。
Combined with the in-situ reconstruction project of one combined sewerage pipe in the construction of underground passage on Zhongshan South Road in Shanghai, this paper introduces such non-cutoff reconstruction technology. By adopting common board design, equal section substitution, setting-up pile foundation to control box culvert settlement, using existing pipeline overflow flood diversion method, taking subsection construction and other proper measures according to different conditions on site, many engineering difficulties, such as the elevation, conflict between the pipe position and the passage, lot of underground obstacles, non-cutoff construction, underwater plugging and so on, have been conquered and good results have been achieved, which can provide references for similar projects.
