Strategies for endovascular repair of short-neck aortic aneurysms

摘要 瘤颈是腹主动脉瘤(AAA)腔内修复手术的重要参数。现今针对短瘤颈的方法主要有肾上固定技术、大支架支撑(解剖固定)技术、烟囱技术和开窗(分支支架)技术,并且需要结合患者具体情况与术者、医院技术条件具体情况具体解决。另外层出不穷的新材料和新技术也在不断推进着短瘤颈AAA的腔内修复技术进步。 The neck of the abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is an important parameter for endovascular repair. Currently, the methods for short-neck AAA mainly include suprarenal fixation, large-scaffold or anatomical fixation techniques, chimney technology, and fenestration (bifurcated stent) technology, which need to be specifically solved in light of the facts of the individual patient and the specific conditions of the surgeon and the hospital. In addition, an endless stream of new materials and new technologies are also advancing the progress of endovascular repair techniques for short-neck AAA.
