北京地区子宫内膜炎奶牛在围产期前后血液生理生化指标变化 被引量:1

Changes in Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Cows with Endometritis during Perinatal Period in Beijing

摘要 为研究围产期前后子宫内膜炎对荷斯坦奶牛血液生理生化指标的改变,选取年龄、体重和胎次相近的20头健康奶牛,分别于产前15、10、5、0天采集其静脉血液,检测其血液生理生化指标。产后,无论是否患子宫内膜炎,在该20头荷斯坦奶牛产后5、10、15天跟踪采集静脉血液,检测其血液生理生化指标。通过对比围产期前后患子宫内膜炎荷斯坦奶牛血液生理生化指标相对于未患病奶牛的变化规律,以期为早期预防奶牛子宫内膜炎提供参考。结果显示:健康牛在生产当天白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量下降,与其他时期比较差异显著(P<0.05)。患子宫内膜炎奶牛产后血液白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量变化出现了紊乱,其中白细胞数量显著增加(P<0.05)。血清总蛋白含量在产前较高,生产时最低,产后开始上升(P<0.05)。血清中ALKP含量于产前开始上升,至生产时奶牛血清中ALKP含量达最大值,与其他不同时期比较差异极显著(P<0.05),产后略有降低。血糖在所测奶牛样品中血糖浓度均偏低。因此,当奶牛患子宫内膜炎时血液生理生化指标产生一定的改变,并有望成为奶牛子宫内膜炎的诊断指标。 To study the changes of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Holstein cow withendometritis before and after perinatal period, we selected 20 healthy cows whose age, weight and parity weresimilar as research objects. Venous blood samples were respectively collected 15, 10, 5, and 0 d beforeparturition, and the blood physiological and biochemical indexes were determined. Whether or not sufferingfrom endometritis, venous blood samples were collected from the 20 cows 5, 10, and 15 d after parturition, andthe blood physiological and biochemical indexes were also determined. The differences of blood physiologicaland biochemical indexes of cows suffering from endometritis with those of healthy cows were analyzed toprovide a reference for early prevention of endometritis in cows. The results showed that the number of whiteblood cells, erythrocyte and hemoglobin in healthy cows decreased significantly(P〈0.05). After parturition, thewhite blood cells, erythrocytes and hemoglobin in diseased cows were disordered, and the number of whiteblood cells increased significantly. Total protein content in serum was high before parturition, the lowest during parturition, and began to increase after parturition(P〈0.05). The content of ALKP in serum increased beforeparturition, and reached the maximum value(P〈0.05) during parturition, and slightly decreased afterparturition. The concentration of glucose in blood was low in all the tested cows. Therefore, the cows sufferingfrom endometritis have some changes in blood physiological and biochemical indexes, which are expected tobecome diagnostic indexes for cow endometritis.
