摘要
本文利用中国2000—2015年高新技术产业分行业面板数据,基于高新各产业在不同省份新增投资额构建行业技术相似度矩阵,在此基础上运用技术内生性生产函数考察了高新技术产业间技术溢出效应。主要结论有:中国高新技术产业间存在明显的技术溢出效应,并且这种技术溢出效应距离最佳理论溢出有较大差距;中国高新技术产业间的技术溢出对行业产出有倒U型的溢出效果;当前中国高新技术产业技术溢出效果不如R&D投入带来的产业产出,当高新产业发展到一定阶段后,高新技术产业间的溢出效果更好。
This paper uses the panel data of sub-industries of China's high-tech industry from 2000 to 2015 to build an industrial technology similarity matrix based on the new investment of high-tech industries in different provinces.On the basis of this,it takes advantage of technology endogenous production function to examine the technology spillover effects among high-tech industries.The main conclusions are as follows:firstly,there are obvious technology spillovers among China's high-tech industries,and there is a big gap between this spillover effect and the best theoretical spillover.Secondly,technology spillovers among high-tech industries in China have an inverted Ushaped spillover effect on industry output.Thirdly,the technology spillover effect of China's high-tech industry is not as good as that of RD investment.When the high-tech industry develops to a certain stage,the spillover effect among high-tech industries is better.
