摘要
在大力推进"互联网+"战略和加强国家创新体系建设的背景下,如何实现互联网发展和区域创新能力的深度融合是一个重大的现实问题。深入研究互联网发展对区域创新能力影响的相关文献,梳理互联网发展的现状、影响因素及其区域差异,区域、企业及高校与研究机构关于创新绩效,互联网、信息化对创新绩效的影响等研究,分析结果表明:现有文献未就互联网发展对区域创新能力的影响效应、理论机理、动力机制和融合路径等问题做出正面回答。未来应该重点研究互联网发展对区域创新绩效的线性、异质性和非线性影响效应,着重探讨互联网发展影响区域创新绩效的理论机理和动力机制,以及如何设计区域"互联网+"与创新活动发展的有效融合路径,旨在通过探寻"互联网+"区域创新的"合力"效应,充分激发和释放"互联网+"创新驱动的溢出红利,为推动互联网和实体经济深度融合,建设质量强国和智慧社会提供一定的理论参考和现实依据。
Under the background of enhancing＂Internet ＋＂ strategy and strengthening innovation system construction,the problem of how to achieve deep integration of Internet development and regional innovation is an important practical issue.By analyzing literature on the effect of ＂Internet ＋＂ on regional innovation,the development of Internet,its influencing factors and regional differences,plus innovation performance,and the effect of Internet and informatization on innovation performance conducted by research institutions of different regions,enterprise and universities,we found that there are few papers analyzing the effect,theoretical mechanism,dynamical mechanism and integrating path of ＂Internet ＋＂ on regional innovation.Studying on the linear,heterogeneous and nonlinear effect of ＂Internet ＋＂ on regional innovation,analyzing the theoretical mechanism and dynamical mechanism of ＂Internet ＋＂ on regional innovation,designing the integrating path of regional ＂Internet ＋＂ and innovative activities development are needed for future research so as to seek the resultant effect of ＂Internet ＋＂ and regional innovation,stimulate and release the spillover dividend of ＂Internet ＋＂ innovation drive,thus proving theoretical references and practical basis for enhancing the deep integration of ＂Internet ＋＂ and regional innovation,and the construction of powerful country and smart society.
