摘要
目的了解国家机关某事业单位退休职工2012-2017年的血脂异常现况,探讨改善血脂异常的生活方式。方法2012-2017年每年对退休职工开展健康体检,检测血脂水平,统计血脂异常所占比例,采用χ~2检验、趋势χ~2进行显著性分析。结果 2012-2017年每年体检职工数为127~142人;血脂异常率呈逐年下降趋势(χ~2=20.61,P<0.05),男性退休职工从81.82%下降到47.54%(χ~2=25.345,P<0.01),女性退休职工由72.29%降至49.38%(χ~2=10.373,P<0.01);退休职工血脂异常检出率无性别差异(2012年χ~2=1.415;2017年χ~2=0.047),P值均>0.05;2017年60~69岁组血脂异常率显著高于50~59岁级和≥70岁组(χ~2=13.095,P<0.05)。结论该单位退休职工血脂异常检出率呈逐年降低趋势,但仍不可轻视,应重点关注60~69岁组退休职工的血脂情况;单位需加强退休职工体检后的健康跟进和健康教育,定期开展上门随访,关爱退休职工身心健康。
Objective To understand the status of dyslipidemia among retired workers in a state public institution from 2012 to 2017 and explore lifestyles for dyslipidemia improvement. Methods From 2012 to 2017,the retired workers were given physical examinations include blood lipid levels. The proportion of dyslipidemia was analyzed by χ^2 and trend χ^2. Results The number of employees in the annual examination from 2012 to 2017 was between127 and 142. The proportion of dyslipidemia showed a declining trend year by year（ χ^2= 20. 61,P〈0. 05）. The dyslipidemia proportion of male retired workers decreased from 81. 82% to 47. 54%（ χ^2= 25. 345,P〈0. 01） and the dyslipidemia proportion of female retired workers decreased from 72. 29% to 49. 38%（ χ^2= 10. 373,P〈0. 01）. There was no gender difference in the detection rate of dyslipidemia in retired workers（ χ^2 in 2012 = 1. 415; χ^2= 0. 047 in 2017,P〈0. 05）. In 2017,the proportion of dyslipidemia in the group that aged 60-69 years old was significantly higher than that in the other two groups（ χ^2= 13. 095,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Although the detection rate of dyslipidemia in retired workers in this organization is decreasing year by year,it still can not be underestimated. It should focus on the dyslipidemia status of retired workers aged 60-69 years. The state public institution should strengthen the health follow-up and health education of retired workers after physical examination. The institution should care for retired workers＇ physical and mental health through carrying out regular home visits.
